Increasing the volume of your ejaculate is a common desire among men. Having watched porn stars being drowned in the cum many men expect this to happen when they ejaculate. However there are secrets to increasing how much sperm spurts out when you ejaculate. We have just found a site which produces a pill to cure this problem volume pills When you sperm production goes up you will also benefit from:
Increased strength of your orgasms…
When you take such herbal supplements as amino acids or other natural sexual aids, your body can produce more ejaculate fluid, which increases the strength of your orgasms. Also, strengthening your pc muscle can greatly increase the force with which the ejaculate leaves your penis, making orgasms very intense. Having a larger amount of ejaculate pass through the penis during an orgasm can prolong coitus (orgasm experience). The pumping sensation of an orgasm, of the semen and ejaculate fluids being pushed out through the ejaculatory ducts.
Improves your sperm count, and overall virility.
In order to fertilize an egg a large amount of sperm is required, many hundreds of millions. While the average man can produce this many sperm multiples times per day, there are external factors that can adversely affect the sperm count. Things such as smoking, drug use, poor diet, lack of exercise, and even wearing tight clothing in the groin area can all decrease the sperm count.
Increasing the volume of your sperm increases your fertility by increasing the number of sperm that are produced during each ejaculation. If you are trying to have children, the number of sperm you ejaculate is quite important, as is their condition. The pc exercise and amino acids such as L-Arginine and L-Lysine also help the health of your sperm, which increases your fertility and the chances of pregnancy (should you be seeking it).
Will help your partner enjoy sex more.
When you ejaculate, your penis pumps semen and ejaculate, which many men and women find pleasurable. When you increase the amount of your ejaculate the pleasurable pumping feeling lasts longer, and also increases your pleasure. During intercourse extended pumping and orgasm pleasure improves the experience for both partners.
How do I do increase my volume then?
Increasing the volume of your semen is done mainly through two things, taking herbal supplements such as amino acids, and the pc exercise which is available in most natural enlargement programs. Suggested amino acids and herbal supplements are:
L-Arginine (taken with L-Lysine, to prevent occasional skin problems)
L-Lysine
Veromax (combines the above amino acids, as well as L-Alanine, ginseng, saw palmetto berry, and biloba leaf)
ATTENTION: Just came across this site which as a pill specifically for increasing sperm production!

http://curebaldy.info Forget drugs and medication, cos there is a far simpler way to regrow your hair, and it is the natural way. I used to suffer from bad hair loss until I discovered the website http://www.curebaldy.info one year ago. After 6 months my hair was to back to normal again. If it works for me, it should work for anyone.
They say there isn’t a cure for baldness yet. This is true but what’s not true is that hair loss cannot be stopped or treated effectively.
Some say that once you start losing hair, it’s nearly impossible to stop it or regrow what you’ve lost. Don’t believe any hype like this. There are actually a few things you can do that won’t cost you much, yet delivers so much for you.
In this article I’ve outlined three easy steps for you to take that should stimulate more growth and prevent further loss of hair. Let’s get into each step.
Step 1: Be careful when using commercial shampoo. Seems strange that you have to worry about losing hair to shampoo. Well it isn’t strange and allow me to detail why. Over 90% of the various shampoos you see in stores contain Sodium Laureth Sulphate.
This ingredient is an additive that’s used to help lift dirt and oil as you shampoo your hair. Now the big problem with SLS is that it leads to thin hair with continued use. That’s right, you can go bald simply from using the wrong shampoo.
The best solution to help you avoid this problem is to use only all-natural shampoos, such as the many herbal ones available. Any that contain sage, saw palmetto, green tea, nettle root, pumpkin seed, or vitamin B are going to be excellent for you.
Step 2: Stimulate circulation. It’s a must in order to see more hair growing. You can generate a healthy flow of blood in the scalp through scalp massage and certain oils. Massage them into your scalp for 15 minutes per day for results you can see in about a week.
Step 3: Take time to relax. Stress is a big factor in many people’s lives. It can be a killer literally. It can also kill your hair by causing it to fall out.
Designate time each day for relaxation. If you have a lot of chores or household responsibilities, try designating them to others in your family.
What else could you do in order to really see the kinds of results you’ve been wanting by naturally regrowing your hair?

Impotence is medically called as erectile dysfunction. It is the term given to the condition in which a person does not get a proper erection, i.e. the erection is not hard enough to carry out proper penetrative sex. Impotence is an issue with an alarmingly large number of men in the world today. A major responsible factor is the hectic lifestyle that we lead today.
There can be two different cases of erectile dysfunction. One is the case in which the person has never had an erection; while the other is in which the person does sometimes have erections, but not all the time. The former case is due to a biological problem which can be treated by medication or surgery. But the latter case stems out of psychological or lifestyle factors.
Erection is the hardening of the penis when it is aroused. The penis can be aroused by any kind of sexual stimulation, which could be physical (touch), visual (watching porn) or even psychological (thinking about sex). The penis is made erect by the filling of its spongy tissues with blood. This engorgement is very important to increase the size and the hardness of the penis which is an important necessity for penetrative sex. Surely without a hard penis, it would become impossible to ejaculate and thus impregnate a woman.
Weak erections occur due to many factors. As already mentioned above, the modern lifestyle is a major contributing factor. This is because stresses and tensions can reduce the male libido, and also the capacity to achieve an erection. When a person is under stress, blood circulates more in the head region, and hence it is insufficient to engorge the penis. Added to this, the cases of diabetes and prostate gland diseases are rising – such diseases are directly linked to erectile dysfunction. The busy lifestyle of today is making people cope up with a host of drugs such as antidepressants, painkillers, antihistamines, etc; all of which can cause the man to lose his ability to achieve a sustained erection.
Erectile dysfunction is rampant in people who smoke and consume drugs. In the early stages these kinds of addictions may cause a high in the sexual act, but as time wears on and the addiction increases, there is irreparable damage to the reproductive system, which plays havoc with the ability to achieve an erection.
There are several men who can get erections when they masturbate or watch porn, but they do not get erections when they are in the actual sexual act. This issue needs to be looked into seriously, because it can be treated with proper counseling. Men such as those described here – assuming they are heterosexual – are perhaps so much overwhelmed of the female sex that they cannot carry out the sexual act. Their brain does not respond to the stimuli of their body, because it is too busy with the mental channels of the man’s mind. Perhaps the person is suffering from the Oedipus complex and is in awe of women. All these issues need to be discussed with a therapist.
Achieving an erection is as much a mental condition as biological. It is not necessary to say that men cannot have sex when their minds are preoccupied with something else. Sometimes, problems of erectile dysfunction can be solved just by keeping the mind free during the sexual act.
Recently there has been a surge of medicinal advancement in the field of penile erections. With the discovery of the powers of sildenafil citrate in guaranteeing male erections, there was a spurt of other chemical discoveries with the same effects. However none of the later drugs managed to capture the power of Viagra, which is the market name of sildenafil citrate. Some other drugs that have the powers of creating and maintaining erections are Levitra and Cialis, though they are not as popular. Furthermore, all these drugs come with several side effects, which are still being studied.
One of the best (and the safest) resorts in the case of impotence is herbal remedies. Indian traditions are using several herbs since ancient times in order to cure the disease. saw palmetto, ginseng, kawa kawa, oat, caltrop, etc. are used in different preparations in order to cure impotence. Some of them have really been found to be beneficial by the western world also, but their effects are still a matter of research.
At the same time, it must be remembered that the human penis is not an organ that will function for the entire life of a person. Most men lose their capacity to get erections during or after their forties, and that is because of age reasons, which cannot be avoided. With some techniques like yoga, the age limit of getting erections can be increased, but it cannot be made to last forever. Hence, a time comes in every man’s life when he has to accept the condition of erectile dysfunction.

Well, "best" is a really relative term, mostly depending on what your body needs. The most popular doses tend to be at least 300 mg of a standardized extract that has at least 85-95% fatty acids.
When it comes to prostate health, it is generally best to have a few more ingredients that help in addition to saw palmetto, though. Throwing in some Pumpkin Seed Oil, Lycopene, beta sitosterol, and some Nettles extract (from the root). Good luck and I hope I helped!

Having receding hairlines or being bald is a depressing thought for many people that is why there has been an increased demand for hair growth pills. A balding hair spot is usually equated to old age, and it can be dismal and embarrassing because not all people who are experiencing thinning hair are old. But with the way things are going today, young and old folks are already experiencing this condition. The sad part is that a large part of this problem is owed to genes and hormones. If not through genetics, the culprits are production of DHT, too much worries and stress, nutritional deficiencies, and tight hairstyles.
Natural Methods of Growing Hair
While diet and exercise may not be of much help when the real cause of hair loss is genes, they may however prevent hair loss brought about by nutrient deficiency. Foods rich in oil and fats should be avoided. Those containing vitamins and minerals such as iron, zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B complex should be digested as these promote hair growth. Having a regular exercise also helps in the proper blood circulation and the distribution of nutrients into the hair.
How Hair Growth Pills Work
Aside from the natural method of treating hair loss, hair growth pills have been introduced in the market. Most hair growth pills of today aim to block DHT. DHT is known to be the leading cause of baldness in men. Pills that contain saw palmetto are the most effective pills that stunt the production of DHT in the body. It helps keep the DHT from clinging into the hair follicles. It also inhibits the production of enzyme 5 alpha reductase, the substance which converts testosterone into DHT. It is also an effective anti-androgen, a potent herbal DHT inhibitor.
The Miracle Solution
There is a breakthrough product in the market that has been used by millions to promote hair growth. Because it is taken orally, it is easily absorbed by the hair follicles and signals a faster hair growth. It is vitamin and mineral enriched, hence, provides hair loss treatment the natural way and answers the demand for hair growth pills today.

i know its a natural product my friend said it was ok but was wondering what other people think
Assuming you are male, young and healthy, with no signs of an enlarged prostate gland then I would say no to taking the supplement as an internal herbal.
Why?
saw palmetto contains a powerful inhibitor of an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase [5-AR]. The latter is implicated in benign prostatic hyperplasia [BPH] along with the metabolite of testosterone called dihydrotestosterone [DHT]…which is a product of a reaction involving that enzyme [5-AR]. And yes both are also implicated in male pattern baldness.
But!
5-AR is a key enzyme in male fertility and the health of the prostate gland under normal healthy conditions. So inhibitting this enzyme and/or DHT systemically [in a full body way] in an healthy male I would not recommend. It may lead to problems of infertility and/or libido, possibly.
However! You could consider using Saw palmetto locally on the scalp in the form of Saw palmetto oil. The effect should be localised to the hair follicles, which is where the action would be needed for male pattern baldness.
