No not really, for breasts increase used breast increase pills not sure if they work, but they're out there, plus there's also implants or you can gain weight then burn it off in the ares you don't want it.

Going on the pill does push breast development for some women. Its a slow process, however it has worked for me. Before I took the pill I was a 32A, and now I am a 32B, and still growing.
Other types of pills that would help increase breast growth that you could take are estrogen pills. I myself have not yet tried them, but it is something that I have been researching for a while. They have similar results to birthcontrol, but I think they would almost work better.

Will Breath Control pills stimulate/start breast development in teenage girls?
I’m 17 and have barely any chest growth- if any- whatsoever ( I got my period when i was 14) I know Birth Control pills sometimes enlarge women’s breasts because of water weight/ fluid retention, but if i have no breasts to begin with (equivalent to an 8 year old’s- smaller than 32AA=flat) could it possibly jump start the breast development process and make them permanent?
