Don’t use them! I’ll be honest, I tried some last year and it messed up my period schedule for six months. I read that some contain too much hormones and it can get into your blood stream and mess up you own hormone balance.

Also, I noticed a little growth but it went away as soon as I stopped using the cream.

Exercising & toning your body (esp.. your upper body, my ex personal trainer told me). Don't go the cosmetic surgery route. Do it naturally. Gyms can help with these things.

they dont work and if they do it is cery bad for ypou body so if you do want to change the size you can get implants or for a cheaper thing youcan get magerly padded bras the only problem is that if you waere a athing suit it dont work so those are some chosed
