I heard that Saw Palmetto can help with the prostate. what is saw palmetto? has anyone ever tried it before, and does it work??

    Saw Palmetto can be of assistance in treating an enlarged prostate. Be sure to tell your doctor because while it can reduce an enlarged prostate, it will not treat prostate cancer. An enlarged prostate CAN be one of the signs of prostate cancer so your doctor needs to be aware you are taking that herb.
